Most removal services in the United States today are owned and operated by a single person with, at most, one or two vehicles at their disposal and a few friends who help out when needed. With the rise in death rates, anatomical and tissue donations and persons passing away while not in the geographical area of their final resting place, this has placed an increased demand on removal and transport businesses to provide a higher capacity of service. With a solid business structure, full-time management staff and top of the line equipment, Knight Riders can handle all of your removal and transportation needs.
Knight Riders always strives to improve and expand our services that we offer to you, our valued partner. We are now offering online billing and bill-pay for your convenience. Whether you choose to be invoiced by mail or online, you will receive a detailed itemized invoice including deceased name, date of service and removal/delivery locations making it easier for your staff to reconcile charges per family contract. Knight Riders also is now offering after hours answering services. Our service features incoming and outgoing recording of all phone calls, time stamped and dated call notes, all biographical first call information of the deceased and service information given out on your behalf. Due to the experience of our Knight Riders staff, your calls will be handled in a professional manner by someone knowledgeable of the funeral industry.
